We manage and resolve insurance claims from start to finish, making sure that clients receive the support they need when it matters most. With over 350 clients in the UK, we deliver partnered claims management programmes for First Response, Managed Repair and Claims Handling to all types of organisations.
Consultancy solutions
Our team believes proactive claims handling should drive positive risk initiatives. By understanding our clients’ risk exposure, we deliver bespoke risk control and audit programs to enhance risk profile. Our approach to data management is a key differentiator in the market, making our portfolio of risk consulting, claims consulting, regulatory and complaints, and training solutions both comprehensive and effective.
Loss adjusting
Our team has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality service and technical expertise, whilst we are known for our ability to quickly respond to the needs of our clients in the corporate, public sector, carrier and MGA industries, as well as their policyholders. We offer comprehensive property and casualty claims management solutions, as well as end-to-end claims handling.
Legal solutions
We provide an extensive suite of legal solutions designed to meet our clients’ requirements and help them navigate through a complex, highly regulated and constantly changing environment. GB also has two in-house law firms: Strata Solicitors and Caytons Law.
