We have a fantastic opportunity for Claims Handlers working on a hybrid basis UK wide.

An excellent opportunity has arisen in our expanding travel claims team. This is a fantastic role for someone with claims or customer service experience who can confidently communicate in both English and Ukrainian.

As part of a newly formed team supporting a global corporate client, you will manage travel claims from first notification of loss through to settlement. Claims will vary in complexity and value, giving you the chance to develop your expertise while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Full training and the tools you need to succeed will be provided.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and listening skills, the ability to impart information, and maintain accurate data. Proven skills in developing and maintaining close working relationships, both internally and externally, are essential.

This role is perfect for those who crave variety, enjoy problem-solving, and want to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.

The skills you will have when you apply:

Experience working in a customer service or office environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian and English
Confidence in explaining information clearly and negotiating fair settlements
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail when maintaining accurate data
The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally
A willingness to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (Cert CILA) qualification
