Lloyd’s are currently seeking to recruit an Enterprise Change Manager you will be responsible for ensuring consistent and high standard change management practices are in place for all change initiatives. This role involves developing change management strategies, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of changes to processes, systems, and technologies.
Principal Accountabilities
- Define the change management strategy and processes that will support successful outcomes from change initiatives by maximising employee adoption and minimising resistance.
- Work closely with project teams to identify the impact of change on organisations, processes, and employees, and identify the appropriate level of change management support needed.
- Monitor the success of change management, reporting progress and adapting strategies and processes as needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Depending on the nature and volume of change activity will be either overseeing change management activity or may be leading hands-on execution of change management.
- Conduct (or oversee) stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessments, and impact assessments to inform change management strategies.
- Design and deliver (or oversee) effective communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process
Skills Knowledge and Experience
- Previous Change Management Track Record
- Experience in leading or supporting changes initiatives in similar role
- Experience within Financial, Insurance or Regulatory industries would be beneficial
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Identifying, assessing and mitigating risks associated with change
- Experience guiding teams through the change process requires leadership
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Track Record of gaining support from all levels of the organisation
- Assessing the impact of changes and using data to inform decisions and measure success
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools
