How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business growth and building meaningful relationships with clients.
You’ll actively seek out opportunities, responding to the needs of retail customers with tailored insurance solutions that truly make a difference. By offering a broad range of services and products, you’ll identify ways to upsell and add value to your clients.
Your networking skills will be key as you attend industry events, trade shows, and expos, uncovering new opportunities and strengthening Gallagher’s presence in the market.
You’ll also collaborate closely with underwriters and insurers, negotiating competitive terms that meet your clients’ objectives.
Representing Gallagher with professionalism and integrity, you’ll enhance trust and build a strong reputation for excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Seeking and responding to new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Attending industry events to network and identify opportunities.
- Negotiating effectively with underwriters and insurers to secure the best terms.
