Department: Multi-Track Motor
Location: Manchester
Role: Litigation Executive
We are looking to recruit a Litigation Executive for our Multi Track Motor team into the Manchester office.
The successful candidate will work in a small team dedicated to dealing with a number of the UK's largest insurer clients and will report directly to the Legal Director in respect of day-to-day tasks. The team currently enjoys hybrid working, being in the office 50% of the time.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of multi track work, however we would consider someone with strong Fast Track experience as full training and supervision will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting and assisting on Multi Track Motor claims on behalf of leading Insurers.
- Handling own case load and assisting others with multi-track work, including complex Motor injury claims.
- Reporting to, liaising with and meeting clients with a high level of professionalism.
- Drafting pleadings.
- Preparing instructions to counsel and experts and attending and advising in conference.
- Conducting research and keeping up to date with legal and industry practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adhoc tasks as required.
Experience and Skills Required
- Previous experience working on Multi Track Motor claims preferred.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently by managing time in a fast-paced environment.
- A Professional manner with the ability to build relationship internally and externally.
- Assertive and confident to managing expectations.
