Kennedys is seeking a Reward Analyst to join our supportive and forward-thinking global HR team.
As part of our Global Reward team, the Reward Analyst will play a key role in providing data, insights and analysis to support effective reward decision-making across the firm. The role will be responsible for producing meaningful reward insights, market benchmarking, financial modelling and reporting to help ensure our reward programmes remain competitive, cost-effective and aligned with our business objectives.
Working closely with the Global Head of Reward, Reward Manager, HR teams and Finance, the Reward Analyst will support key reward activities including annual pay reviews, benchmarking exercises, employee recognition initiatives and reward reporting. The role will help translate data into actionable insights, supporting evidence-based decisions and the continued development of our global reward approach.

Team
The Kennedys HR team support the firm around the world with all people related matters.
The HR team is based in various locations globally across Kennedys' five regions; APAC, EMEA, US, LATAM and UK. The areas of HR that we have responsibility for are Business Partnering, Talent, Recruitment, Responsible Business, Operations, and Reward.

Key responsibilities
Reward Analytics
- Assist with the management and analysis of the firm's benefits offerings, including flexible benefits, private medical, pensions, and wellbeing initiatives to identify trends and opportunities
- Produce KPI's, dashboards, reports and management information for senior stakeholders
- Support salary benchmarking exercises using external market data
- Analyse market positioning and internal pay structures
- Work closely with the HR Data & Systems team and wider HR team to execute the firm's reward strategy
- Support with budget management including reward invoicing and reconciliation of membership listings
Annual Reward Cycle
- Support the annual salary and bonus review process
- Prepare and validate reward data
- Produce modelling to support pay review recommendations.
Financial Modelling
- Support budgeting and forecasting for salary and bonus
- Produce scenario modelling for recruitment, promotions and organisational change
- Monitor reward costs and identify risks or opportunities.
Governance & Compliance
- Support pay equity analysis
- Assist with EU Pay Transparency reporting requirements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
Continuous Improvement
- Support adhoc strategic projects across the firms total reward portfolio working closely with the Global Head of Reward
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and reward processes
- Support strategic reward projects
- Maintain an awareness of market information on current and future reward related developments in the legal sector including those arising as a result of legislative changes and legal requirements
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting where appropriate.
Required experience
- Experience in a reward or compensation analyst role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
- Strong experience in benchmarking ideally having used Willis Towers Watson methodology
- Experience supporting in annual salary and bonus processes would be desirable
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query and advanced formulas
- Experience producing dashboards and management information, experience with Power BI or Tableau would be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of reward legislation and governance
- High attention to detail, strong numerical ability and ability to manage sensitive data
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and relationships quickly
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on high quality delivery.
