Executive Assistant – Salary circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills and experience)
Location - Norwich
In this exciting role you will support 2-3 Directors within the UKGI CIO business which will include providing broader support to wider teams.
A bit about the job
Working in a close-knit team you will handle schedules, co-ordinate and where required attend certain meetings, support team communications and wellbeing, and be a key point of contact on behalf of the Directors, all while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.
This role will ensure that the Directors have the right personal support in prioritising their departments and fulfilling their obligations in respect of reporting, performance and operations to Executive teams, Boards and Committees.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, organised, able to prioritise work and be confident working under pressure and must be comfortable building a rapport quickly, to ensure good working relationships.
You will be career-minded with the ability to multi-task and certainly an excellent teammate, working closely with other EAs and operational leads in your business area.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Extensive experience supporting Director and C-suite leaders, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Highly trustworthy and discreet, with a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, experienced in managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality support to multiple stakeholders.
- Confident in providing comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior leadership teams, boards and committees, including agenda planning, meeting management, minute-taking, action tracking and organising leadership events.
- Experienced in leveraging AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve workflow efficiency, support document preparation, summarise key information and deliver proactive executive support.

- Starting salary circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
