A bit about the job:

Providing an objective Risk view of insurance risks through developing risk opinions and leading risk deep dives is a key aspect of this role.
This role ultimately supports AIL’s Chief Risk Officer to provide oversight across AIL, ensuring the continuing effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework.

- Analytically minded with the ability to articulate difficult and complex issues precisely and concisely to senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Proven ability to review and appropriately challenge material business decisions, taking ownership of issues and building collaborative relationships across the three lines of defence.
