Win as a Team
You will play a key role in turning complex data into meaningful insight that helps Intact make informed business decisions. In your role, you will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the business, bringing together advanced analytics, data storytelling, and technical expertise to deliver impactful outcomes while supporting continuous improvement and high quality decision making.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Delivering executive ready insight and reporting that supports informed decision making across the business.
- Designing and maintaining scalable Power BI dashboards and semantic models that provide consistent and accessible data.
- Developing automated data pipelines using SQL and Microsoft Fabric to improve reporting efficiency and reliability.
- Translating complex data into clear narratives that help stakeholders understand performance and opportunities.
- Acting as a technical expert, sharing knowledge, coaching colleagues, and supporting best practice across analytics and visualisation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs, maintain data quality, and support complex analytical projects.
Your skills and experience:
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard design.
- Capability in SQL for data transformation, optimisation, and reporting solutions.
- Experience using Microsoft Fabric, including pipelines, lakehouse, and warehouse functionality.
- Confidence communicating insight to a range of audiences through clear data storytelling and analysis.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and building self service, governed data models.
- Ability to coach and support colleagues while managing priorities across multiple activities.
