Strategic Resourcing Partner

Do you have an impressive recruitment background, matched with the ability to build resourcing strategies that enable hiring managers to deliver their business plans and visions?
Here at Aviva, we are searching for a talented relationship builder, and business-savvy stakeholder manager, to undertake a Strategic Resourcing Partner role, which involves hybrid working from either our York or London offices.
Alongside having operational resourcing experience, we are keen to secure the talents of a resourcing professional who can gather insights and transform these into both business and people focused resourcing strategies. We also need you to be able to hold your own with senior stakeholders, ensuring they have the right information, guidance, and tools, so you can build the right resourcing strategy for their needs.
A bit about the job
It’s an exciting time to join us, as we have big and ambitious plans to be a market leading recruitment team. It will therefore be fundamental for you to be heavily connected to not only your aligned business, but also to our RPO partners and Aviva’s people function, so you can truly understand our resourcing needs and build recruitment strategies to meet these, helping the business get the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong background in recruitment / talent acquisition, with the ability to translate business objectives and delivering them into effective and successful resourcing strategies.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, particularly at senior leadership level, across a large, matrix organisation.
- Expert knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and recruitment best practice, is fundamental to this role.
- Highly confident in use of data and insights, to inform recommendations and action plans and prioritise the right tasks and campaigns when needed.
- Creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box, work comfortably during periods of ambiguity, and thrive completing tasks at pace.

- Salary of c. £70,000 to £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s).
