Position Title: Account Handler – International D&F
Location: London (Hybrid)
Summary of Position:
BMS is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Account Handler to join the International Direct & Facultative Property Team, focusing on the Latin America (LATAM) region, a key growth area for the business. Based in London, this hybrid role requires in-office presence four days a week due to its client- and market-facing nature. The successful candidate will support brokers in coordinating complex insurance placements, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to LATAM growth targets.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Coordinate risk placements and manage documentation across the insurance life cycle (e.g., underwriting submissions, contracts, wordings).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and market representatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate within the team and across divisional units to deliver efficient and proactive solutions.
- Excellent organisational, IT, and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
