Brand Implementation Manager
The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join our Marketing and Comms team in London on a 6-month contract working 3 days a week.
The Brand Implementation Manager is a hands-on role to manage our rebrand rollout across all internal and external touchpoints for the QBE International division. This is a lynchpin role requiring liaison with the central One Brand team in Sydney and the leadership team in QBE International, alongside coordinating activity for cross-functional teams, including studio, marketing and comms. The core deliverables are the successful (timely, accurate, comprehensive and understood) implementation of the rebrand and the maintenance of brand consistency throughout the transition.
Your New Role:
- Lead the execution of the rebrand strategy across all business units and channels for the QBE International division
- Work closely with the central One Brand team to understand the vision, positioning, and messaging for the new brand, to ensure this is properly transmitted within the QBE International division
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment across all departments.
- Oversee the practical implementation of the rebranding across all business touchpoints, including marketing materials, (digital assets, sales collateral, events materials) and all customer-facing (including partner activity) and internal materials
- Manage the day-to-day logistics of the rebranding project. Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for teams requiring support or guidance on brand assets and implementation processes.
- In liaison with the Head of Internal Communications, plan and oversee the internal rollout of the rebranding, ensuring that employees understand and embrace the new brand vision and are clear about timelines, and any expectations of them
- In liaison with Marketing and External Comms, plan and oversee external communications activity (including but not limited to stakeholder communication, social media activation, PR and content)
- Monitor the rebrand’s impact on customers and stakeholders, gathering feedback and sharing with central One Brand team
- Devise and lead QBE International’s internal and external launch of the rebrand, to maximise noise and excitement among key stakeholder groups
- Support the distribution and implementation of updated brand guidelines to all internal teams and external partners and as required provide training or guidance to colleagues on proper use of brand assets
- Oversee the organisation and distribution of all rebranding assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for teams to use.
- Co-ordinate the updating of a central repository for all brand assets, including logos, templates, and messaging guidelines.
- Ensure that all digital and physical brand assets are updated and aligned with the new identity.
- Document and track the status of the rebranding implementation across various teams, ensuring that all departments are aligned and updated.
- Provide clear and regular communication updates to leadership and stakeholders on the progress of brand implementation.
- Proactively identify potential risks or challenges related to the rebranding and address them quickly.
- Mitigate any negative feedback or confusion regarding the brand transition, ensuring smooth adaptation by customers and partners.
About you:
- Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale multilignual rebranding projects, especially in a B2B context.
- Strong project management experience, with an ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing, brand strategy, and implementation.
- Exceptional project management skills with a detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
