About the Role
As a Compensation Associate, you’ll support compensation program development and ensure equitable pay practices. You’ll work closely with HR, management, and global teams, contributing to key compensation initiatives while gaining exposure to various aspects of the compensation function.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and management to address compensation-related queries.
- Participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive benchmarks.
- Assess compensation structures and align them with market trends.
- Assist in incentive program development.
- Analyse salary data to support compensation decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting.
- Provide process improvement recommendations.
- Support training for HR and managers on compensation practices.
- Maintain data quality across Compensation systems.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Basic understanding of equity-based compensation.
- Knowledge of job architecture concepts (e.g., job codes, job families).
- Experience in annual compensation planning.
- Ability to create and edit job descriptions.
- Proficiency in Workday and compensation software (e.g., MarketPay, Comp Analyst).
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel (pivot tables, IF functions).
- Effective communication skills and confidentiality management.
