Overview
We’re looking for a Motor Product Executive to join our Motor Product team, helping to manage and develop market-leading motor insurance products. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring we deliver exceptional products and customer journeys that align with FCA principles.
About the Role
Reporting to the Motor Product Manager, you’ll:
- Support the development and management of motor insurance products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure our products remain competitive and customer-focused.
- Help enhance the customer journey by incorporating regulatory requirements.
This is a broad and varied role offering exposure across multiple areas of the insurance business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the product lifecycle, from development to delivery.
- Ensure products comply with FCA guidelines and are aligned with customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance product performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Location & Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working: You can choose to work from home or one of our hubs in London, Ashford, or Sandwich.
- Monthly in-person collaboration: Typically once a month in London or Kent.

- Experience in product management or insurance is a plus.
