Role Purpose:
To provide support and general assistance to the Multinational team. The MPC role supports Multinational business produced by the Starr Europe/UK Offices working closely with the Underwriter Teams, Operations and Finance to administer and ensure accurate and timely communications are shared with the Network of offices worldwide.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Multinational Team in the development of the overall Multinational initiative
- Work closely with the Underwriting Teams to ensure a common understanding of individual accounts
- Work closely with the Multinational Programme Managers and Local Offices to ensure all the necessary details are entered into systems and manage the policies that make up a Multinational Program
- Initiate Salesforce and systems bookings for all policies
- Entering accounts into the Multinational IT Platform (iCede) and sending out local policy instructions
- Tracking local policy issuance and premium collection (via iCede)
- Managing and updating Multinational Workbooks (XL Spreadsheets)
- Local Policy reviews and file management Research local regulations, tariffs, reinsurance flows and taxes relevant to the client worldwide
- Communication: working with local offices in order to ensure local policy issuance, premium collection, remittance and claims notifications. Clear communication with Brokers at both the Producing Office level and local level to ensure consistency in instructions and problem resolution
