Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the Multinational Programme Coordinators and Managers in the issuance of local policies and the generation of invoices across the European Starr Offices;
- Assist in the creation of Premium allocations for multinational programmes;
- Create all bookings on the relevant IT systems;
- Work with Underwriting Assistants to ensure data accuracy;
- Support the Multinational Programme Coordinators in generating compliance reports showing local regulations in multiple countries worldwide;
- File management.
Experience
- Ideally entry level experience within the commercial insurance industry;
- Working within a team environment;
- IT and systems.
Skills
- Competent level of mathematical ability;
- Fundamental understanding of the Lloyd’s and London Market;
- Exceptional telephone manner;
- Customer service and maintaining professional standards;
- Planning and organisational skills with proven experience of prioritising a conflicting workload;
- Strong communicator, both written and oral;
- High level of self-management.
Systems & IT
- MS Office – Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Underwriting systems.
Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE / A Level – with at least 5 A – C at GCSE (including Maths).
