Finance Operations Specialist
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a small, effective Finance function and obtain a real breadth of experience in a highly profitable, fast-growing environment.
This growth has led to the requirement for a Finance Operations Specialist to provide oversight of financial and operational systems, processes, administration, and internal controls across the Finance department. You’ll have specific duties relating to system administration of NetSuite, Concur, NSPB, BrokaSure (where practical), all banking platforms and the credit card facility.
Not only that, you’ll contribute to new initiatives including the design and implementation of new systems and processes within the Finance function.
About the role
You’ll have an opportunity to make a real difference to the Finance Function - improving processes and driving efficiencies to ensure all areas of the department run as effectively as possible. The Finance team here at CFC are a really collaborative bunch, and will depend on this role to provide administration of Finance systems ensuring a strong controls environment is maintained.
Working with managers and staff from other business functions, you’ll ensure that Finance processes are understood, developed and adhered to and that Finance can provide a relevant input into wider business processes.
About you
So what are we looking for? Well, this is an experienced hire, so we're really keen to receive applications from Insurance Finance professionals with in-depth experience in a similar role within Finance Operations. Experience of NetSuite & Concur would be of particular interest to us.
