We have the opportunity for a Distribution Associate to join our Distribution department here at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting into the Senior Distribution Executive, you will support the Distribution team in delivering the TMK Distribution Strategy and to play a key role in coordinating activity across TMK Strategic Broker and Key Partner relationships.
The role includes responsibility for:
- The TMK pipeline process inc. accessing Strategic Broker pipeline systems, download all data into central TMK system, formatting and cleansing the data into a consistent format and production of monthly/quarterly pipeline reports on the above information including bound premium.
- Production and management of Distribution activity tracker/meeting log
- Co-ordination of Monthly MI packs & Product line strategic updates
- Strategic Broker Account Action tracking & follow up
- Broker Meeting and Event Coordination
- Co-ordination of Ad hoc Strategic Reports
- Project delivery – both ad hoc & strategic
The successful candidate will have the ability to schedule and prioritise work to meet strict deadlines as well as the ability to manage and co-ordinate cross area workstreams. You will also be required to analyse data and share relevant outputs with stakeholders, this includes the production of accurate data reports. We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, who is a team player that can analytically think and be adaptable.
