We are currently recruiting for an Regulatory-Risk & Governance Analyst to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
As a Regulatory, Risk & Governance Analyst in our Commercial Lines Business Governance Team, you’ll be responsible for supporting and maintaining key areas like customer conduct, governance, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work across the business to help oversee governance activities, provide advice and support, and ensure we’re identifying, managing, and monitoring risks effectively, all with a focus on delivering good outcomes for our customers.
You’ll be involved in the design and rollout of regulatory and business-led change projects, helping to embed frameworks across Commercial Line teams. This includes enhancing RSA’s conduct, product, broker and governance frameworks, making sure processes, controls and tools are in place and working well. You’ll also support with the implementation of risk and control best practice, keeping alignment with internal expectations and regulatory standards.
You’ll be responsible for producing clear and timely MI and analysis across the Commercial Lines business and ensuring adherence to the risk, conduct and product frameworks. You’ll be someone who’s able to work with different teams and comfortable helping to drive continuous improvement in how we manage regulatory and governance responsibilities.
Please note this is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm)
About You
You’ll bring experience in quality control and analysis, ideally gained from working within a complex, regulated organisation with large scale operations. A good understanding of modern governance, risk, and control frameworks, particularly in conduct, product, and the three lines of defence model, is key to this role. You’ll also have a proven ability to deliver, monitor, and maintain effective processes and controls, as well as the skills to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable solutions in a dynamic and evolving environment.
