We are currently recruiting for an Internal Communications Executive to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your role
You will be responsible for managing and optimising RSAs internal communication channels to ensure effective and engaging communication across the organisation.
Your purpose, along with the rest of the Internal Communications team is to ensure that all RSA employees are informed, engaged and inspired, giving them the context, information and tools they need to fully contribute to RSAs success, and to be compelling external advocates for the business.
It will require you to support and encourage the self-service use of such tools by a number of key individuals across RSA so the role requires a creative thinker with considerable technical skills and a passion for enhancing the employee experience through innovative communications.
About you
You are an experienced communications professional with a solid background in internal and corporate communications. A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be desirable.
Your written and verbal communication skills would be exceptional, and you will have a natural talent for storytelling and content creation.
You will be comfortable working with digital communication tools—such as intranets, email marketing platforms, and collaboration software—and you're comfortable working with multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
