What You’ll Do
- Lead and enhance catastrophe modelling and exposure analysis for underwriting and strategic decision-making.
- Drive insights into Nat Cat portfolio analytics, including Commercial Property, Property Binders, and Engineering & Construction.
- Own and improve data processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate across underwriting, actuarial, and data teams to deliver value-added analysis.
- Support model validation, regulatory returns, and reinsurance submissions.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with experience in RMS RiskLink or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- A background in Cat Modelling or Exposure Analysis, ready to step up into a senior role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications
- University degree in Mathematics, Science, Geography or a similar discipline.
- Personal development and training opportunities through a specified Exposure Management career pathway.
- An interest in SQL, R Studio, Python or similar programming skills.
- Knowledge of the London Insurance market and experience using RMS Risklink or other third party modelling platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outcome focused, self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work as part of a wider team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, both verbally and in writing.
