Your Role
This is a newly created role supporting the Head of Partner Syndicates across both onboarding and business-as-usual activity across the lifecycle of Apollo’s Platform Partner Syndicates (PPS).
The role is critical to the effective and efficient delivery of the PPS strategy, building strong relationships, enabling consistent and open communication, and ensuring issues are identified and resolved.
You will play a central role in keeping activity aligned, partners supported, and service delivery running smoothly across Apollo and its Partner Syndicates.

What You Will Do
- Account and Relationship Management – Build trusted, service-led relationships with internal teams and external Partner Syndicates, acting as a senior point of contact and escalation where required.
- Co-ordination and Communication – Enable effective communication across the Partner Syndicate Centre of Excellence, supporting both new syndicate onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
- Issue Management and Escalation – Own and co-ordinate responses to issues affecting either Apollo or Partner Syndicates, overseeing remediation and escalating key matters for upward reporting when needed.
- Service Co-ordination and Reporting – Co-ordinate service delivery across Apollo and Partner Syndicates, including service level reporting, action tracking, and oversight of regulatory and committee deadlines.
- Governance and Oversight – Support and participate in Partner Syndicate governance forums where necessary, ensuring clarity around actions, ownership, and decision-making.
What We Are Looking For
- Stakeholder and Relationship Management – Experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact and managing sensitive issues with confidence and discretion.
- Co-ordination and Delivery Focus – A structured, organised approach to managing multiple workstreams, actions, and deadlines across different teams and partners.
- Communication and Judgement – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations, resolve issues, and provide clear upward reporting.
- Governance and Control Mindset – Comfort working within governance frameworks, tracking actions and deadlines, and supporting regulatory and committee reporting.
