What the day will look like
- Provide strategic insight, analysis, and recommendations to aid decision‑making by the GBC CEO.
- Conduct research, competitive intelligence, and market/client analysis to inform regional priorities.
- Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends across the globe.
- Coordinate activities, initiatives, and leadership priorities across regional divisions.
- Lead or coordinate special projects initiated by the GBC CEO, often involving cross‑functional workstreams.
- Support the planning and execution of client meetings, executive forums, and speaking engagements.
- Develop communication plans and materials that articulate strategic messages across the GBC.
- Draft or equivalent experience in preparing sensitive, high‑stakes correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO’s office and collaborators across Aon.
- Ensure high‑quality preparation for CEO engagements, including briefings, decision support materials, and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate information flow, priorities, and follow-ups to sustain smooth, effective operations of the CEO’s office.
- Attend or represent the CEO in key meetings and working sessions where appropriate.
