Gallagher’s Employee Experience business is a leading provider of expert technology advice for all digital workplace tools and employee experience platform decisions, and a leading provider of insights for HR, communications and business leaders globally.
Our specialist consultancy provides services across all stages of transformation, from discovery to development of the platform through to the delivery of major digital workplace and employee experience platform transformations for major global brands, public sector organisations and not for profit groups.
How you'll make an impact
You will lead our AI strategy for the practice, including GTM and salesinto a tier 1 client base, and will support best in class client delivery globally alongside other members of the practice LT.
At a high level this will include: AI proposition development and GTM approach, enhancing Gallagher’s AI strategy and supporting sales teams as a subject matter expert in winning new AI focused programmes of work, delivered into our existing and new Fortune 500 / FTSE 100 client base, and large mid market clients.
You’ll operate across a wide matrixed organisation, collaborating with key stakeholders to build out the strategy and actively seek opportunities to influence the organisation and build capabilities. Through your strategic oversight, you’ll ensure that our clients unlock new value through AI tools and at the same time ensure that we continue to develop our in house AI capabilities both within the practice and beyond, leveraging the deep foundations and assets at your disposal.
You’ll come armed with consulting experience gained from the digital transformation space. National and international travel may be required from time to time according to project and client needs.
About You
- Create and orchestrate the AI initiatives within Gallagher’s consulting business, collaborating with multiple teams across projects within different industries
- Build a deep understanding of clients challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can enable growth for their business
- Lead matrixed cross functional teams to deliver new understanding and capabilities within the practice and beyond
- Drive internal projects that support Gallagher’s use of AI tools
- Keep track of horizontal AI related initiatives, both internal and in market, updating our understanding periodically
- Lead the development of new AI business opportunities across all consulting business lines
- Support colleagues in upselling AI services and expanding our business with existing clients
- Advise the business on a range of technology, strategy and governance with AI
- Become a thought leader on AI both within the organisation and beyond, taking an active role in market
- Develop a clear framework/approach for meeting annual revenue targets in collaboration with the LT
- Develop best in class processes to meet the evolving client needs, ensuring a joined up and seamless experience for our customers across the engagement and exemplary delivery of projects
- Bring energy and rigour in equal measure, helping to create a fantastic team culture that enables the practice and the wider brand to deliver above expectations for our clients and colleagues
- Bring experience of delivery of multiple successful AI products or services into leading global brands
- Technical knowledge, ability to lead a conversation with a CTO / CIO
- Hands on ‘deep’ technical experience is a plus, but not essential to this role
This is a leadership role and so we are offering a competitive base salary in line with expectations at this level.
