We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor (Italian Speaker) to join our dynamic team. You will be handling inbound call enquiries from existing policyholders, managing direct debit finance plans, and responding to inbound emails. This role also involves processing policy changes, managing monthly payment plans, renewals, midterm adjustments, new business queries, issuing contracts, and providing administrative support through our diary system.
This role is integral to managing a consistent volume of enquiries and administrative tasks, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and the efficient processing of policy changes. This role will require the successful candidate to speak Italian and have an active and useable Italian fiscal code.
This a remote role, with expectation to travel to London when necessary (3-5 times per year).
How you'll make an impact
- Service our clients in Italy for insurance needs
- Sell and issue new insurance policies to clients via email
- Collect the required documentation from customers and issue policies in accordance with insurer requirements and Clements’ guidelines
- Handle all customer inquiries via phone and e-mail
- Maintain the integrity of client information in IT systems via accurate data entry
- Gather renewal information and communicate renewal terms to clients
- Collect premiums due from customers
- Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings
- Travel to Italy for insurer meetings as required
- Other related duties as assigned
About You
- Able to speak, read, and write fluently in Italian and English.
- Currently have an active and useable Italian fiscal code.
- Customer service experience in general or within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a high volume of enquiries.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
