As Communications Developer you’ll create, develop, and amend communications and templates. You’ll apply rigour around testing, technical documentation, and version control.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:
- Communication development including configuration, creation, testing and analysis.
- Complete analysis work on new and existing document sets.
- Implement robust test process and technical documentation.
- Assist with the management and timely resolution of service requests.
- Work on designated projects as an expert, representing the team.
- Follow compliance and security processes to ensure all development work is approved and maintained.
- Take an adaptable approach to delivery, being a key point of contact for addressing issues and supporting escalations.
- Nurture excellent cross supplier, departmental, company and group relationships to ensure effective delivery.
- Mitigate delivery risk and undertake document configuration through scenario planning, risk mitigation and contingency plans.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience in technical development of documents, customer communications, including processes and fulfilment – essential.
- Significant experience in following business process, QA and UAT, and working in agile environment – essential.
- Campaign, new product launch and marketing communications experience – essential.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements for documents, and recommend and implement solutions.
- Pragmatic and logical thinker with a passion for detail.
- Passionate about using insights to act and do things differently.
- Confident in issue resolution.
- Broad developer experience, enabling alternative configurations across Financial Services, Health and Wellbeing activities.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
