What you’ll be doing
Joining our collaborative and forward-thinking Platform team in this senior role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the team’s core activities and resources, leading on all ceremonies and ways of working, and having ownership of the backlog of work to be delivered. You’ll work closely with the Cloud Platform Lead and Head of Cloud Infrastructure and M365 defining requirements and planning the work for the Platform Team. You’ll handle escalations within the team and from external parties. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for tracking and analysing costs related to the CloudPlatform and presenting the data to stakeholders and the Operational review board.
With the above in mind, your excellent communications skills and strong experience in enterprise-side agile methodologies and practises will come into its own. You’ll have an analytical approach to planning and prioritising workstreams and be comfortable engaging with a variety of skill levels and stakeholders. You’ll have some experience managing technical engineers and a good working knowledge of Azure. Ability to make decisions and provide direction to the team is key to the role.
