Role Requirements
This unique 3-year Graduate programme consists of several rotations across our busy commercial and complex claims teams in Manchester. You will complete a senior insurance professional programme to gain the advanced certificate in insurance (ACII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

Responsibilities
We will support you throughout your rotations to liaise with clients, brokers, policyholders, solicitors and third parties to achieve business objectives and our customer service proposition. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and handling cases to achieve settlement in line with with our standards, principles and values. You will gather and analyse information to make the best business decision aligned to our customers needs.
The Individual
We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. If you have a zest for learning and a willingness to invest time in becoming highly qualified in insurance up to ACII level, then that’s a real advantage.
Being a team player and nurturing relationships with colleagues and clients is also important.
You will also need to be a final year student on track to obtaining at least a 2:2 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
