Role Purpose
To work as part of the IPT sub-team in preparing/reviewing IPT returns for various jurisdictions worldwide, assist the market with IPT queries and support the maintenance of Lloyd’s externally available tax information and guidance.
Principal Accountabilities
- Compile data and prepare IPT returns for a number of territories.
- Act as the reviewer for IPT returns where a more junior member of the team has prepared the return.
- Prepare syndicate collection schedules and payment authorisations for IPT payments.
- Have and maintain a detailed knowledge of IPT rules for the countries for which you administer IPT and a working knowledge for other countries.
- Maintain internal IT systems used for gathering data to prepare IPT returns.
- Support maintenance of Lloyd’s Crystal and Risk Locator Tool to ensure the information being published is up to date and accurate for the countries for which you administer IPT.
- Deal with email queries from internal stakeholders, market participants and other third parties regarding IPT matters.

Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of IPT and the ability to develop knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market and how it operates is preferred.
