We have an exciting opportunity for a Payment Team Administrator to join our Personal Risk Services Payments Team in London!
Working within the PRS (Personal Risk Services) Payments function; reconciling direct payment collections for UK/I high net worth business.
The role sits within our wider Operations Team and involves the timely and accurate booking transactions of premium bookings, the resolution of account queries and any overdue premiums affecting client or broker accounts.
Our Operations Team and Payment Administrator are important aspects of our successful, market leading and award-winning business; providing an organised and driven individual the opportunity to develop their financial or insurance skill set further and become a valued member within our wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for resolving payment queries from both internal and external customers via email and phone
- Manage and be responsible for account query resolution for PRS, liaising with Credit Control, Brokers and Underwriting.
- Investigating root causes for the PRS queries with a view to implementing fixes to avoid continual queries being raised.
- Manage Payments Team in-box
- Answer Payments Team phone lines
- Providing cover when needed for the PRS direct debit process which includes setting up direct debits, completing the incident report, completing the default/cancellation report, and managing the client verification and unsigned agreement reports.
- Providing cover when needed for the PRS online credit card portal, setting up brokers with log in details and processing refunds.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Emphasis on working to deadlines especially with regards to Service Levels for accuracy and timeliness
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Insurance experience
- Previous experience of working in a credit management environment
- Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word
- Minimum A Levels
