Are you an organised and proactive professional ready to take on a pivotal role within Lloyd’s Group Procurement team? We are seeking a Team PA to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) and contribute to the effective management of Lloyd’s suppliers, while embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Readiness: Ensure the central team and workstream owners are fully prepared for upcoming meetings, trips, and events with necessary information and paperwork.

Document Preparation: Proactively create documents, such as letters and presentations, identifying standard queries and drafting appropriate responses.

Event Coordination: Arrange, prepare, and coordinate meetings, events, and presentations both internally and externally, including agendas, content, and venues.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, support staff, and senior contacts in the market and programs.

Decision-Making: Make informed decisions and delegate tasks effectively to support workflow efficiency.

Diary Management: Provide extensive diary management to the CPO using tools like Microsoft Outlook and Vuture.

Travel and Expenses: Organise travel arrangements, including international travel, and manage expenses using Workday.

Procurement Support: Assist the Procurement function on multiple projects, ensuring adherence to defined methodologies and maintaining project plans.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and relevant data within Group Procurement platforms, making necessary amendments.

Required Skills & Experience:

Effective Communication: Display clear communication skills, exercising sound judgment and discretion at all times.

Relationship Building: Excel in building and managing relationships internally and externally, up to Director level.

Organisational Excellence: Demonstrate proactive and excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Solution-Focused: Generate practical solutions to meet immediate demands effectively.

Tech Proficiency: Showcase strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
