What the day will look like

Drive Account Growth and Compliance– Plan and oversee account servicing and growth strategies, monitor profitability, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Lead Business Development Initiatives– Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify new opportunities, contribute to tenders, and support Aon’s overall revenue growth and client retention.
Strengthen Client Relationships– Build strategic partnerships with clients, implement retention strategies, and proactively engage on risk management and other Aon solutions.
Champion Marketing and Brand Presence– Participate in marketing activities, public speaking, and industry events to enhance Aon’s profile within the business community.
Foster Team Culture and Development– Work with leadership to promote a growth mindset, encourage innovation, and maintain a positive, customer-focused team environment.
Collaborate Across Stakeholders– Maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, wider Aon colleagues, and insurers to deliver seamless service and growth outcomes.
