We are currently recruiting for a Construction Engineering & Renewable Energy Claims Handler to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
You will manage a caseload of UK and overseas claims for some of our largest global customers, collaborating with colleagues and partners worldwide to ensure a high standard of claims service. From registration through to settlement, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, building positive relationships with customers, brokers, and suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient claims process. This role requires a good understanding of general claims processes, particularly for CE&RE, multinational, and London Market Property clients. You will have experience in handling property damage claims up to £100k, guiding them from notification through to settlement. We are seeking a person who is committed to delivering excellent customer service, with an organised approach to managing your caseload. You will also support the management of aggregate deductible programmes and complex financial arrangements for our multinational customers. The ability to quickly learn new IT systems is essential for your role. Once training is completed, we offer a hybrid working model, combining both home and office working.
About You
You will have prior experience handling CE&RE claims, Global Property claims, or Wholesale International Property claims, with a good technical background in claims management. Additionally, experience in stakeholder management is essential, as you will work closely with both internal and external partners to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of claims. Your technical experience will be key in providing accurate solutions and maintaining high service standards throughout the claims process.
