We have an opportunity for a Call Centre and Online Customer Service Advisor to join our great team on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in our Glasgow office.
In this role, you will work with insurance brokers and direct customers across the UK, supporting policy underwriting, education, and e-adoption strategies. You will play a key role in fostering a high-performing team culture, ensuring efficiency and an exceptional customer experience while driving financial results. You will also help identify and resolve offshore quality issues, escalating where necessary to maintain consistent standards.
We provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the tools you need to succeed.
For the first six months, you will be based full-time on-site for training and onboarding. After this period, you will have the option to work in a hybrid pattern.
About You
You should have a genuine desire to help customers, with the ability to listen, understand their needs, and provide the best solutions with professionalism and empathy.
Your attitude and approach to customer interactions matter more than experience. However, a background in delivering excellent customer service, along with the ability to think on your feet and keep the customer at the heart of what you do, will set you up for success at RSA.
