How does this role contribute to our collective success?
The internship will consist of being a member of the End User Computing support team. You will assist the team in providing first class customer support to our senior staff here in the AXIS London Office. The intern’s reporting manager will provide tutorage and training for industry-wide IT technologies which will equip you for success in your role at Axis, as well as your future career in IT!

What will you do in this role?
- Assisting the EUC & Executive Support team in daily support duties.
- Completing assigned tasks and training materials provided by line manager.
- Presenting a focused, can-do attitude at all times.
- Assist in creating technical documentation for users and team members alike.
- Proactively suggesting improvements and changes where necessary.
- Attend and partake in daily/weekly team meetings.
You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.
About You:

What you need to have:
- Individual who is studying for a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple products.
- Must have a strong work ethic, organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset.
- Have a proactive and questioning approach to troubleshooting.
- Professional corporate appearance is critical due to the nature of the business.
What we prefer you to have:
- Previous experience in a professional office environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- A good understanding of Information Technology related terms and jargon.
- Previous experience within an IT role.

In this role, you will typically be required to:
Attend our London office at 52, Lime Street, EC3M 7AF – a minimum of 4 days a week
Work between the hours of 9am and 5pm
