The Role
The Global Reward Benefits Lead is a newly created strategic position within the Total Reward team. Reporting to the Director of Reward & Benefits, this role will lead the development and implementation of a globally aligned benefits strategy and framework, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and an exceptional employee experience. It will also manage and develop a global benefits team within a matrix structure and oversee a global review of benefits to harmonise offerings and identify optimisation opportunities.
Essential Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- Extensive experience in global benefits management and strategy development.
- Strong knowledge of regional benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships and negotiate global agreements.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
- Proven experience in inspiring, supporting, and empowering team members through effective people management, coaching, and clear goal-setting.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and matrix structures.
Analytical & Strategic Skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present data meaningfully to support data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable operating in a change environment and leading global projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
