The Specialty TPA Administrator role offers an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a busy and highly skilled Marine Team, providing essential support to Surveyors, Major Loss Adjusters, and wider operational functions. Working from home with occasional UK travel, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department by delivering reliable administrative support and maintaining the high standards the team is known for. From preparing Management Information to supporting invoicing processes and keeping documentation accurate and up to date, your work will play a key role in the team’s overall success.
You’ll thrive in this position if you are highly organised, detail‑driven, and confident managing a varied workload. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business as well as external stakeholders, ensuring information flows effectively and tasks are completed with precision. Your ability to prioritise, take ownership, and work independently will enable you to contribute meaningfully from day one, while your collaborative approach will help foster strong working relationships within the team.

The skills you will have when you apply:
- Experienced Administrator: At least 12 months of administrative experience in a busy environment.
- Marine Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the Marine sector or related industries is beneficial but not essential.
- London Market Awareness: Understanding of the London Market and ECF is desirable.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Able to identify key information and maintain high accuracy across all tasks.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
- Proactive Ownership: Confident working independently and taking responsibility for tasks through to completion.
- Collaborative Team Player: Works well with colleagues and contributes positively to team success.
- Highly Organised: Able to manage and prioritise a varied workload effectively.
- Strong IT Capability: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with confidence handling data and documents.
- Sound Grammar & Numeracy: Strong written accuracy and solid numerical skills.
