If you are a proactive and adaptable individual with a commitment to excellent service, we would love to hear from you!
The skills you will have when you apply:
- Proven reception background, including dual‑function duties requiring continuous judgement, coordination, and direct engagement with colleagues and visitors of all genders.
- Strong presentation standards with a consistent, methodical approach to organisation and customer care in fast‑shifting environments.
- Confident handling of varied enquiries with minimal oversight, maintaining a composed and professional telephone manner throughout.
- Ability to act autonomously, applying initiative without referral, while operating a switchboard (training available where required).
- Highly developed administrative capability, managing multiple demands simultaneously with precision and accuracy.
- Competent digital skills, including effective use of Microsoft Excel and other core office systems.
