At Gallagher, we are looking for a Global Content Project Manager to join our dynamic Global Content team. This integral role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our content projects are managed seamlessly, delivered on time, and meet the highest standards of quality.
How you'll make an impact
As the Global Content Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our content initiatives. You'll be the linchpin that ensures our projects are completed within established Average Turnaround Times (ATT) and that deadlines are clearly communicated and met.
In this role, you'll:
- Facilitate project scheduling, apply ATTs to incoming requests, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Support the writing team by providing complete content briefs, research materials, and clear deadlines during the project discovery phase.
- Manage the full internal flow of assigned projects, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery to meet business objectives.
- Proactively communicate with the Global Content Writing team and internal stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress and timelines.
- Maintain accurate project status and time reporting in our workflow management tool, Workfront, and provide reports as needed.
- Address potential delays by implementing effective reminder tactics and escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure quality control by coordinating with the writing team to allocate sufficient time for editing and proofreading.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
About You
- Relevant project management experience in an inhouse marketing or agency setting, working with creative teams.
- Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and project management tools like Workfront.
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully, with the ability to create and oversee detailed work plans.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
