Job overview:
You’ll work with the Head of Marketing to maintain and develop the AXA Commercial and AXA Retail insurance broker websites. You’ll also manage the AXA Broker UK YouTube channel and the Sales & Marketing SharePoint site. In partnership with AXA colleagues, you’ll develop and implement a strategy which aligns to wider plans and targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with AXA teams and technical stakeholders to shape activities on the broker website and SharePoint site, keeping them informed on progress and outcome.
- Ensure broker website and SharePoint site showcase AXA’s propositions clearly. Support a content-led approach, ensuring content is engaging and accurate.
- Manage and maintain broker website and SharePoint site to optimise user experience and business benefit. Monitor and address any issues with broker website availability, performance and capability.
- Proactively establish and manage development pipeline, working closely with the development partner to complete code delivery and testing requirements. Liaise with business stakeholders to achieve full sign-off in line with defined processes.
- Maintain AXA Broker UK YouTube channel, ensuring content is up-to-date and well organised.
- Deliver reporting of activity, effectiveness measures and monitoring for broker website. Analyse data and make recommendations on development of the strategy and tactical activity.
- Build strong relationships with the development partner, Optimizely, Oliver Design and any additional external suppliers.
- Proactively explore opportunities to introduce AI-based solutions to improve website effectiveness, customer experience and cost efficiency.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience:
- Extensive website management experience is essential.
- Ability to code in basic HTML5, CSS3 and vanilla JavaScript (ES6+) is required.
- Experience of Optimizely Content Management System (or similar Enterprise level CMS) is needed.
- B2B (business to business) marketing or complex B2C (business to consumer) marketing preferred.
- JavaScript frameworks (React) experience and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of SEO best practices, technical optimisation and analytics.
- Basic UX principles and understanding of user journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and project management skills.
