Win as a Team
In your role, you will shape how customer and market insight informs decision making across Intact Insurance UK. You will help marketing and the wider business make confident, evidence based choices that strengthen customer outcomes, broker experience and sustainable growth. Your contribution will connect insight to action, ensuring research delivers real value across Commercial and Specialty Lines.
You'll make an impact by:
- Define, deliver and champion actionable research and insight that informs strategic, tactical and operational decisions across marketing and the wider business.
- Through clear and engaging communication, you will bring insight to life, providing direction and confidence for stakeholders at all levels.
- Working in partnership with colleagues and external suppliers, you will add value to research by connecting multiple data and insight sources.
- By shaping and delivering the research and insight programme across Commercial and Specialty Lines, you will support customer advocacy, broker experience, brand leadership and growth.
- Through stakeholder engagement, you will influence better customer and business outcomes, actively participating in the advancement of our strategic objectives, while ensuring activity is delivered within agreed budgets.
- Keeping up to date with customer experience and marketing data trends and best practices, you’ll propose innovative initiatives and adapt team activities to maximize the impact on organizational objectives.
Your skills and experience:
- An excellent understanding of research, analysis and insight methodologies, with the ability to translate findings into meaningful and usable recommendations.
- Experience using insight and data to inform decisions, prioritise effectively and challenge thinking at both strategic and operational levels.
- A team player with the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues across teams and job levels as well as and external suppliers,
- Solid project management capability, proactiveness and drive, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Able to deliver research in a compelling way, demystify insights to generate engagement and impact
- Knowledge of insurance, including Commercial and Specialty Lines, and awareness of customer experience and marketing data trends, with behavioural science experience as an asset.
