The Asta Summer Internship Programme provides meaningful exposure to the Lloyd’s market and hands‑on experience within a leading third‑party managing agent. Interns will support their allocated team with administrative tasks, operational activity, and small project deliverables, helping the business manage workload during the summer period while giving interns a structured introduction to the industry.
The programme aims to:
- Give early‑career talent insight into the insurance market and Asta’s role within it.
- Provide short‑term resource to support priority business areas.
- Build a future pipeline of diverse, motivated individuals entering the profession.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Client Management function.
- Assist with preparation of documentation and contribute to small project tasks, research activity or process reviews.
- Engage professionally with colleagues, demonstrating curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Uphold Asta’s values in day‑to‑day work and interactions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
