Win as a Team
In your role, you support Intact Insurance UK by strengthening regulatory confidence and control effectiveness across UK Specialty Lines. Your contribution helps protect customers, support sustainable growth, and ensure the business operates with integrity and consistency. You work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to embed relevant controls, enable positive change, and create outcomes that matter for customers and the wider organisation.
Location(s) - Chelmsford, Manchester, Liverpool & Glasgow.
You'll make an impact by:
- Operating regulatory and control activities across UK Specialty Lines to ensure controls are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Producing clear and accurate control documentation and management information to support effective oversight and decision making.
- Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to close control actions, improve processes, and reduce risk across multiple products.
- Supporting regulatory change by helping design, implement, and embed new or updated controls into business processes.
- Delivering coaching and training on regulatory and control topics that supports confidence, capability, and consistent outcomes.
Your skills and experience:
- Knowledge of UK Specialty or Commercial insurance environments and associated regulatory and control requirements.
- Experience creating high quality documentation and operating controls within a structured control framework.
- Ability to communicate, coach, and influence stakeholders across different teams and levels.
- Ability to apply continuous improvement approaches to enhance efficiency, consistency, and customer outcomes.
- Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a complex environment.
