OIC/MOJ RTA Claims Handler – Salary circa £32,000

A bit about the job:
You'll join our Claims team within the legal services department and help customers move their Road Traffic Accident claims forward with confidence. You'll manage a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated claims, working closely with customers, legal representatives and colleagues to achieve fair outcomes. Your expertise will help us deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining high technical standards. You'll make important decisions, provide clear guidance and keep claims progressing efficiently. You'll also help us improve the way we work so we can continue being there for our customers when they need us most.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience handling RTA PI claims end-to-end within an insurance or legal environment.
- Knowledge of the Official Injury Claim (OIC) and MOJ process for personal injury claims.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A customer-focused approach with experience working towards service or performance targets.

- Salary circa £32,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
