We are looking for a Payroll Director to join us our HR team to oversee payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with relevant international labour laws and payroll tax regulations.
You will partner with our third-party payroll providers, while ensuring payroll systems and processes are efficient, scalable, and accurate, and providing leadership and strategic direction to support business objectives in a global environment.
This role is based in our London office, although we would consider a remote position, and reports to the Chief People Officer, International.
You must have extensive payroll knowledge and a robust understanding of global payroll systems and processes, including Australia, France, Italy and UK. You be used to working in a growing business, ideally having used Workday.
