We are looking for a Claims Analyst (m/w), based in London, for the ‘off-shore’ area of responsibility.
Your Team

The Impact You Will Have
In your role you will collect and coordinate service requirements, create, prolong and manage new and existing contracts, monitor costs and manage other related processes for all off- and near-shoring shoring relationships for Claims globally, in partnership with key stakeholders and process owners such as the Regional Claims Business Owner, Outsourcing and the Off-shore / Near-shore vendor. The role further includes the handling of the day-to-day operational relationship with the vendor as well as the handling of other related commercial tasks including invoice review, tracking of key requirements and service performance.
You will be reporting to the Claims Strategic Partnership Manager based in Munich (Germany) and to the Global Head of Claims Performance & Liaison in London.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- Global oversight and tracking of existing and new offshored services in Claims
- Assist Claims Business Owners with the contracting process of new and on-going Claims Services
- Create and maintain transparency about the services, scope and cost off-shored and report to CCO (Board office) on a regular basis
- Establish and maintain good rapport with other process owners and key stakeholders such as Outsourcing, Regional Claims Business Owner, Procurement and Vendors
- Support with other tasks related to the outsourcing and off-shoring of Claims, e.g. bill review, outsourcing and other tasks
- Support with day-to-day queries from Claims Business Owners, the vendor or other stakeholders
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management or related field of study or equivalent work experience
- Work experience in Claims in the insurance industry
- 2-3 years of experience in vendor management, contract management, outsourcing management, Claims or other related roles desired
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical skills with a structured and organised approach
- Customer-mindset with a strong cooperative approach
- Skills in project management and performance measurement
- Good command of IT tools, especially Excel
- Ability to work in an international environment and intercultural skills
- Fluent English skills
