Type: 3-6 Month Fixed Term Contract (with potential for permanent employment)
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting and undertaking:
- Culture and sustainability strategies for clients from creation to conclusion.
- Culture/sustainability checks, assessments and reviews Identifying and mitigating related risks and develop countermeasures and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, behaviour change, through designed systems, practices, training programs and awareness campaigns.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of culture and sustainability strategies.
- Support clients in the practice of annual assessment and reporting for sustainability.
- Develop and facilitate training seminars and workshops within the fields of culture and sustainability.
- Undertake culture reviews and equality and equity impact assessments.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) to develop awareness and engagement of sustainability and ESG activity.
- Conduct research and analysis to assess the effectiveness of current culture and sustainability practices.
- Engage clients in sustainability programs through communication from a people, practice, governance, strategy and behavioural perspective.
- Support clients in the design, assessment and monitoring of supply chains from a culture and sustainability perspective ensure ethical sourcing, engagement and responsible production methods as applicable.
- Research and studies on market/geopolitical, socio-cultural and environmental assessments for clients if they are considering multiple different markets of where to do business next.
- Sustainability strategies helping clients drive change in new working practices surrounding greener practices, carbon neutral requirements.
Core Skills
- Understanding of workplace cultures and practices
- Experience in conducting research focussing on cross cultures, policies, law and behaviour
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, equality and inclusion
- Knowledge of sustainability practices, including carbon neutrality and greener working methods as well as knowledge of climate change and the reduction of carbon footprint strategies
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to present to stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office applications and associated software
- Understanding of ESG reporting, ISO14001 and ISO50001 standards
