Team Responsibilities
- Support the build, development and leadership of the Investigations department, supporting the Head of Investigations and Senior Investigators in meeting strategic and commercial KPIs, OKRs and other metrics.
- Support the Head of Investigations and Senior Investigators in developing a sought after, innovative Howlett Brown brand in relation to Investigations.
- Cross collaborate with departments driving excellence, high performing standards and positive culture internally and externally meeting client needs and demands.
- Support the business development strategy of the Investigations department and create business development opportunities leveraging your network, networking and events, for the benefit of the department and wider company
- Actively contribute to the growth and development of the Investigations department and wider company.
Matter Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into potential misconduct, fraud, unethical behaviour, bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, microaggressions, safeguarding, control failings and many more areas, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements as well as investigative best practice.
- Support the build, development, and growth of the investigations department meeting strategic and commercial KPIs, OKRs and other metrics.
- Support the Head of Investigations and Senior Investigators in designing, conducting and deploying business development activities and strategies.
- Actively support the development of a high performing innovative and agile team meeting client needs and demand.
- Further develop a sought after, innovative Howlett Brown brand in relation to Investigations, including sharing of insights, best practice, positively representing the brand.
- Build and protect client relationships, as well as the positive brand and expertise of the business.
- Support peer review of investigation reports.
- Prepare and finalise detailed investigation reports, including findings, recommendations, and preventive measures, and present them to senior management and key stakeholders of clients.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of workplace and societal norms and cultures, and how they inform or affect organisations, consumer and staff perceptions, and workplace experiences.
- Exercise judgment in business integrity matters, risk mitigation, and ethical decision-making to the wider team and company where relevant.
