We are currently recruiting for an ESG Disclosure Manager to join our established and experienced Group Head Office HR team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your role:
As an ESG Disclosure Manager, you will shape RSA’s policies and strategies for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, ensuring alignment with business targets and stakeholder expectations. A core responsibility is producing the annual Intact group social impact and ESG report, along with subsidiary reports, while advising senior leadership on ESG matters and developing impactful policy responses. You’ll play a key role in internal and external communications, promoting purpose-driven business actions that enhance RSA and Intact's global social impact and ESG agenda.
This role collaborates with the global Social Impact and ESG team in both Canada and the UK, stakeholders across departments, and external partners to advance RSA’s commitment to responsible governance and sustainable practices. You’ll stay ahead of evolving regulations guiding the organisation through compliance and best practices while contributing to strategy-making processes. Reporting to Intact's Global Head of Stakeholder Engagement and ESG Disclosure, you’ll be pivotal in showcasing RSA’s and Intact's social impact and ESG commitments.
About you:
You are a detail-oriented professional with remarkable communication skills and a passion for ESG. With experience in regulatory reporting and stakeholder management, you excel in translating highly detailed ESG data into actionable insights. Your business acumen enable you to navigate fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects with agility.
A natural collaborator, you build relationships across departments, bridging gaps between finance, legal, risk, and operations. You’re curious, and innovative, with a deep understanding of social impact and ESG, preferably within the insurance or financial sector. Your ability to stay ahead of regulatory developments and market trends ensures RSA and Intact remains a leader in ESG disclosure and performance.
