Overview

We’re looking for a Process Transformation Specialist to help make our core processes more efficient, resulting in better customer outcomes and more engaged colleagues.

About the Role
As a Process Transformation Specialist, you’ll work closely with Finance teams to re-engineer core processes, using tools ranging from automation to process redesign. Your key focus areas will include:
- End-to-End Process Engineering across financial reporting, actuarial, and business partnering.
- Process Analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration to gather feedback, secure buy-in, and drive operational excellence.
- Continuous Improvement through regular engagement with teams and leveraging innovation tools, including GenAI.
You’ll provide recommendations to senior management on the best approaches for process improvement and act as a champion for change across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Re-engineer and optimise core business processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and secure support for proposed changes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation through process redesign and automation.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in process improvement and transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse complex processes and identify solutions.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and resilience in managing change.
What You’ll Get for This Role
- Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
- Bonus Opportunity: 10% of annual salary (based on performance).
